Fati Niger, born Binta Labaran, is a renowned Nigerien singer and actress based in Kano, recognized as the "Princess of Hausa music." Her passion for traditional Hausa songs developed in her youth, influenced by the cultural vibrancy of Hausa villages. Since 2004, Fati has been actively contributing to the industry with diverse songs, including singing for politicians. However, she gained widespread recognition for movie soundtracks, notably "Sa’a" and "Gobe da Nisa." In 2010, she solidified her presence with the release of her debut album "Girma-Girma." Beyond her artistic pursuits, Fati is a successful entrepreneur and founder of Girma Girma Kreative Nig. Ltd. and the Fati Niger Foundation.
